Reveal Experience Opportunities through Qualitative and Quantitative Insights


  • Lead team of design researchers responsible for digital optimization through insights from VOC, Data Analysis, Heuristic Audits and Usability Testing. The team delivered UX solutions that integrated into our Agile process and enabled enhanced experiences quickly to market
  • Utilized Qualtrics to monitor customer feedback and launch surveys to understand customer preferences and sentiment
  • Analyzed data through Contentsquare, Google Analytics, and Acoustic to understand digital platform performance and areas for further investigation
  • Conducted customer usability testing through usertesting.com and documented findings, next steps and design recommendation
  • Lead RFP process to find vendors for Session Replay tools and implementation of a POC to demonstrate business value

By using both Qualitative and Quantitative Research, my team surfaced insights that provided a more wholistic view of customer pain points as well as value to our Product teams.


Journey Mapping

Journey analysis shows where customers are traveling, returning or exiting. Understanding Journeys can reveal optimization opportunities and how segments of visitors consume content.
Zone Analysis


My team analyzed interactions within page elements using KPI's such as click rate, engagement rate, revenue per click, and click reoccurrence.
Usability Studies


Conducting regular Usability Studies as well as Site surveys enabled us to investigate problems that data performance indicated were customer challenges.
